Role Overview

As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will assist commercial partners and dealers with advertising execution, program advisory, and co-op funding processes. You will audit promotional collateral for brand alignment, complete routine administrative assignments, and verify web functionality. This position plays a vital role in maintaining brand standard compliance while helping marketing programs run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate promotional materials against established brand standards and document results into the internal database. Perform secondary audits on post-campaign actions to ensure ads comply with specified promotional guidelines. Handle routine administrative assignments such as database management, record organization, and correspondence. Execute functionality and quality testing across client websites to ensure smooth user experiences. Conduct quality assurance evaluations to maintain high accuracy across overall project deliverables. Deliver timely review feedback and regulatory updates to internal teams and external advertising partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree, with preference given to majors in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration. Between 0 to 2 years of hands-on administrative or operational experience within a fast-moving office environment. Solid technical capability with office software including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Proven track record of maintaining high accuracy and attention to details under tight schedules. Previous exposure to virtual or remote workplace settings is an added benefit. Fluent written and verbal English communication abilities with a strong collaborative mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and spoken English communication
