Role Overview

We are seeking a Dev Business Analyst to join an international unit driving data strategy through our Infor OS technology platform. In this position, you will help optimize Data Fabric solutions—enabling global clients to extract actionable insights from data repositories, execute advanced analytics, and build next-generation applications. You will bridge product management, engineering teams, and key stakeholders to turn raw requirements into architectural blueprints and user-friendly features.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with product strategy managers to collect, analyze, order, and document functional software needs. Collaborate alongside system architects and developers to translate requirements into detailed technical designs and UI wireframes. Maintain clear, continuous dialogue with project stakeholders and technical execution teams during software build phases. Coordinate with quality control team members to ensure thorough test coverage and participate directly in acceptance validation. Formulate draft technical documentation, user guides, and informative executive presentations. Support data management enhancements, focusing on cloud data storage, warehousing, and analytics workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven expertise articulating technical concepts effectively to both engineering professionals and non-technical business groups. Strong background applying structured business analysis methodologies and requirement-gathering practices. Practical experience with data management concepts, relational databases, query design, and data pipeline activities. Familiarity operating within modern cloud environments and tools such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Firebolt. Background utilizing business intelligence dashboards and data visualization tools for corporate reporting. Demonstrated capability to reconcile conflicting stakeholder inputs and assess complex business scenarios. Ability to balance concurrent project deliverables, adjust priorities dynamically, and deliver results under tight timelines.

• Business analysis methodologies & requirements gathering • Database querying and data management expertise • Clear technical and non-technical communication skills • Cloud data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Firebolt) • Data visualization and business intelligence reporting
