Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will actively assist the recruiting department in identifying top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and scheduling interviews. This 3-month on-site internship in Noida offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, HR administration, onboarding workflows, and employer branding execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential applicants through diverse sourcing channels and perform preliminary resume screening. Manage interview logistics, calendar scheduling, and structured coordination across hiring teams. Maintain recruitment records, data trackers, and candidate communication channels accurately. Facilitate candidate documentation, offer letter dispatch, and early onboarding administrative tasks. Support employer branding campaigns and talent outreach efforts to boost recruitment visibility. Partner with hiring managers and HR personnel to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Proficiency with basic office tools, spreadsheets, and data management systems. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to juggle multiple interview schedules. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding candidate and company data. Enthusiasm for learning modern recruiting techniques and working in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Non-Negotiables

• Sourcing and candidate screening capabilities • Strong communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with spreadsheet management and documentation • High attention to detail and process execution

Nice-to-Have Skills & Bonus Qualifications

• Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Understanding of HR metrics or talent analytics • Previous internship experience in HR or operations
