Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Developer to build, manage, and scale end-to-end web applications across both frontend and backend layers. In this position, you will transform product specifications into resilient, secure, and intuitive technical solutions. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to engineer high-quality features, optimize database architectures, and maintain robust API services.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain full-stack web applications from front-end interfaces to back-end logic. Construct responsive, accessible, and optimized browser interfaces using contemporary web frameworks. Develop reliable backend microservices, RESTful APIs, and database structures utilizing Python or Django. Integrate cloud resources and third-party external services into core web platforms. Partner with design and product stakeholders to convert user requirements into technical implementations. Identify software bugs, optimize application speed, and improve global scalability. Participate actively in Agile sprint workflows, code reviews, and system documentation maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related practical experience. Demonstrated hands-on background working as a Full-Stack Software Engineer. Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proven experience building backend services using Python frameworks like Django. Practical knowledge of database design using SQL or NoSQL engines. Familiarity with version control tools like Git, CI/CD routines, and Jira tracking tools. Exceptional problem-solving abilities coupled with clear oral and written communication skills.

Must-Have Non-Negotiables

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • Frontend framework expertise (React, Angular, or Vue.js) • Server-side experience with Python (Django) or similar • RESTful API integration and development • Hands-on database experience (Relational or NoSQL) • Git and Agile project workflows (Jira)

Nice-to-Have Skills & Bonus Qualifications

• Experience integrating 3D visual graphics or WebGL/Three.js technologies • Cloud provider familiarity (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Exposure to containerization platforms such as Docker • Background maintaining large-scale web applications
