Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to engineer end-to-end web applications from our Bengaluru facility. In this role, you will architect responsive user interfaces, design robust APIs, and manage relational database integrations while ensuring high performance and application stability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate in code quality enhancements, and take full ownership of feature lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

Construct responsive and high-speed web interfaces leveraging modern React.js patterns and standard web technologies. Architect, implement, and maintain secure backend services and API schemas to facilitate smooth client-server interaction. Design robust database schemas and optimize query routines using relational systems like MySQL. Write clean, robust, and unit-tested code while adhering to established technical standards and design patterns. Engage in peer code reviews to drive quality, system architecture improvements, and maintainability. Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks or bugs across development, staging, and production environments. Partner effectively with product managers, system architects, and test engineers to deliver complete feature modules. Provide technical guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative knowledge-sharing culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

Hands-on expertise with React.js including state management, custom hooks, and modern component design. Solid proficiency in web fundamentals including modern JavaScript, HTML5, and advanced CSS styling. Practical experience in designing relational databases and executing performance tuning with MySQL. Familiarity with version control tools like Git and collaborative software development workflows. Strong understanding of web application security principles, backend performance, and system scaling. Excellent analytical thinking and logical problem-solving capabilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills for seamless cross-team coordination.

Must-Have Non-Negotiables

• Deep technical knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Expertise in MySQL database modeling and query performance optimization • Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative branching strategies • Solid understanding of API design and web security best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills & Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working with GraphQL schema definitions and resolvers • Exposure to Entgo ORM or similar database mapping toolsets • Prior exposure to graph databases and advanced data indexing
