Role Overview

Zycus is searching for an enthusiastic AI Analyst Intern to explore and implement cutting-edge Generative AI and automation solutions within post-sales operations. Working alongside senior executives, you will participate in identifying process improvements, testing early-stage AI tools, and deploying prototypes to optimize customer success workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze operational workflows across support and implementation departments to uncover automation opportunities. Construct functional prototypes such as internal chatbots and automated workflows leveraging low-code platforms and Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test pilot tools and gather user feedback for further refinement. Monitor performance indicators and system usage to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed AI concepts. Prepare clear technical documentation, prompt guides, and usage instructions to facilitate project scaling. Investigate emerging artificial intelligence platforms, generative frameworks, and industry trends to share with the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates expecting to graduate in 2026 with a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Foundational understanding of core artificial intelligence, machine learning, and process automation concepts. Hands-on experience or academic exposure to programming languages like Python, API integrations, and JSON handling. Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and collaborative communication capabilities. Comfort working with rapid experimentation and building quick proof-of-concept solutions.

Must-Have Non-Negotiables

• Pursuing BE/B.Tech (2026 Batch) in CS, Data Science, or aligned fields • Sound understanding of basic AI/ML principles • Practical knowledge of Python and API handling • Effective problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills & Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools/frameworks such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or LlamaIndex • Prior personal or academic AI/chatbot projects on GitHub or hackathons • Familiarity with SaaS operations and customer engagement metrics
